New Games:

Coinciding with the release of the movie, there are two new World War Z games hitting shelves. The first is a competitive card game, and the second is a co-op board game. One neat mechanic of the second is that if your character dies, you get to start playing the zombies. (via Purple Pawn)

 

Other News:

The Esoteric Order of Gamers has posted a how-to on making foamcore inserts for your games. We like anything that promotes game safety. (via Tabletop Gaming News).

Speaking of game storage, here’s an answer to the age-old question of “How can I cram more boxes onto this shelf?”

Who says that jocks can’t also be nerds? The Oregon State baseball team plays a Catan before every game. D’aww.

Math and Monopoly aren’t exactly my favorites, but this article was interesting nonetheless.
